We're the Only Ones Not Facing Charges Enough

"They've decided that it doesn't rise to a criminal offense and they're not going to press criminal charges against the two police officers that have admitted to breaking into the fire station and doing damage"...
No, absolutely not. I'm sure any one of us could get away with doing the same as these ON DUTY "Only Ones."

What's with the preponderance of "Only Ones" stories today? It's not like I announced another Carnival...

It is no wonder the meeting was closed to the public. Most criminal conspiracies are. And make no mistake about it, a decision to selectively apply the law or not because of whom are the criminals is a criminal conspiracy.

Every citizen in the jurisdiction should be asking himself/herself if they or one of their children could have expected such leniency. Or would they more likely have heard the words at their arraignment that "It is time this community sent a message that this kind of behavior will not be tolerated". (standard prosecutors' outrage speech)

If the determination is that option two is the more likely, each and every one of you should remember who was in that meeting at next election and fire them.

Obviously that is your only option because they already must have the prosecuting attorney's cooperation. He must agree not to do his job for this criminal conspiracy to work. Remember him at election also.
