We're the Only Ones "Old School" Enough

It started with one Hollywood police officer interested in doing the bidding of a New York crime family for cash, authorities said. As the stakes grew, they say he enlisted what he called some "old school" cops he knew would want in.
So in other words, this level of criminality among "The Only Ones" is not something new...

UPDATE: Looks like Cryptic Subterranean already covered this...

I caught this story a couple of days ago- in the version I read the part that most caught my attention was that one of the officers was being allowed to "turn himself in".

No SWAT raid on his home then.

jay mac, it may have been a wash. We don't know yet if the cops went to a different address than the officer's home and killed a family that "lifted a finger" when their doors were kicked in.

There is still a chance they treated this the same way they do when it isn't one of theirs. They could have gunned down the uninvolved as per policy. We need to wait a spell and see if anything comes to light.
