NJ to Consider Unalienable Rights Ban

New Jersey is looking to become the second state to outlaw a powerful gun that critics say can be used by terrorists to shoot down an airliner.

Anybody think we can win this one "democratically"?

if you mean a true democracy, AKA mob rule, then NJ's the best place to try it. Sorry, couldn't resist.

snowball's chance in the system we're under now, under the constitution this'd be thrown out before the ink was dry.

Last time I checked, the terrorists would rather USE an airliner. The lies and terrorism going on in the war on freedom, by anti-american americans is sickening.

I also think the Legal Community Against Violence needs to go. A bunch of liars who favor reinterpreting the law as they see fit...and charged with seeing the law carried out. Just a minor conflict of interest, no?

Blood is very slippery. The machinery of liberty needs lubrication. It looks more and more like the only course.

We can hope not. But we dare not hope so long we awake in chains.

Sadly David...the politicians still just don't get it - or maybe they do. Perhaps they fear (or know) that they will someday soon push patriots so far that they will be forced to follow the directive of the founding fathers of this country...

I would almost rather think that politicians are naive, but I'm afraid that they actually have a plan...I don't think the outcome will be what they expect however.

With the coming North Amerikan Union, oh yes, they have a plan! And it doesn't include crime control, or our Constitution!
