Should everyone be armed, or should handguns be banned altogether? Hopefully, there is a middle ground that would be a step in the right direction.There's that lie again.

There is no middle ground. Either you observe unalienable without infringement or you don't. There is nothing in the middle.
Interestingly, the author calls for "closing the loophole" however the firearm sale he uses as an example alreay requires a background check.
