Yeah, CNN knew exactly what they were doing. I know many gun bloggers have defended this guy, but reading that "at the moment, he likes Sen. Barack Obama" for president tells me everything I need to know.

I can't help but think it's a testimony to Jered Townsend's ignorance of Obama's positions more than anything else -- assuming, of course, he really is on our side. I think it's pretty safe to say that most of the questions sent in for the debate were from people who didn't plan to vote Republican anyway. You'll note, however, that the allegedly pro-2A candidate Bill Richardson didn't step up to call Biden out on what he said. Maybe it was a case of Richardson not thinking fast on his feet, but still I was quite disappointed.
For the record, I am leaning toward either Ron Paul or Fred Thompson.
