I don't even need to read the article to know you are talking about Clyde, Oh., one of the most corrupt little towns in America.

They passed a city ordinance that all trucks were restricted to the right lane only completely through the town. Then they would have a patrol car proceed down the right lane at between 0 and 3 miles per hour. Stopping often on the pretext of checking storefronts. God help any trucker who pulled into the left lane to avoid this traffic obstruction.

Dishonorable in some things, dishonorable in all.
