Some of the dealers settled the suits and agreed to work with a court-appointed monitor, but the owner of the Summerville shop, Larry Mickalis, countersued, accusing Mr. Bloomberg and the city of conspiracy, fraud and libel, among other charges.Meanwhile, BATFU is too busy harassing family businesses owned by dealers like Mr. Mickalis and Ryan Horsley to look into pursuing obvious and willful violations by Bloomberg and his James Mintz Group mercenary co-conspirators.

According to Bloomberg, "about one percent of all gun dealers account for almost 60 percent of all crime guns nationwide." He has vowed to continue to use "every means at our disposal" to rid the country of what he has termed, "a scourge on our society."
Where in the H*** does he get these numbers from? And really,who cares what any Regional ATF(U) Officer parrots words,we know all to well now what THEY WISH TO DO to the 2A!!
