Today I received great news, CCRKBA is asking the Senate to withhold Sullivan's confirmation:We are making progress. Please help keep the momentum going. If you haven't already done so, write your senators and ask them to oppose Sullivan's confirmation. If you're an NRA member, contact them and ask them why all the other national RKBA groups don't have a problem joining in this. And write your state Attorney General and ask him to add his voice to the briefs being filed on behalf of Heller.

I can't help here; NY's AG filed a friend of the court brief in support of the DC gun ban. For some unknown reason Cuomo is being very quiet about his actions on this, there is no mention of it on his web site. No surprise really given his family history and his gun grabbing policies at HUD.
