WaPo's New Hampshire GOP Poll

This Washington Post-ABC News poll was conducted by telephone Nov. 29 - Dec. 3, 2007, among a random sample of 488 New Hampshire adults likely to vote in the Republican primary. The results have a margin of sampling error of plus or minus four percentage points. Sampling, data collection and tabulation by TNS of Horsham, Pa.

The good news is, most oppose stricter gun controls. The bad news is, gun control is not esteemed as an important issue, and the moderates are in firm control.

The only way to make our issue their issue is to deny them that critical margin of victory by which most elections are won and essentially hijack and blackmail the party--we don't get what we want, you don't get what you want. And no, I don't expect that to happen. But that doesn't mean it's not true.
