WHOA!!!.. What a mug on her! Even as a teenager, I would'nt of gone there.
I think I'll wait awhile before I have an opinion on this. Sounds a little fishy to me. Just too convenient.
I would be interested to know if Modica was estranged from her husband before or after the allegations. This sounds a lot like a fight over distribution of assets.
And it wouldn't be the first time a cop suborned perjury in exchange for "looking the other way" as regards charges against suspects for "friendly" testimony.
Ergo, I don't believe we have seen enough to know which of these people is the asshole.
