"There are currently no guidelines regulating the private acquisition of biological, chemical, and radiological detectors," warned Falkenrath, adding that this law was suggested by officials within the Department of Homeland Security.Because We the People are just so damned incompetent, and government professionals know best, don't ya know...
And if we can't be trusted with instruments, why would they trust us with tools? Or raw materials? That kill? And don't even mention guns... this is Bloomberg and Bender we're talkin' about here.
Well, gee, this was hard to find...

The tell all sign too much government exists! Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer said the bill aims to fix a problem that doesn't even exist.
Well said!
We have all heard the slogan "The South will rise again."
I'd bet none of us figured New York City would be that resurrection as the world's largest slave holding plantation.
The government's all for CO and smoke detectors. Hell, they hand them out to the "poor."
The DHS is what needs to go, and take Bloomturd with them.
They beat the fear drums with the whole duct tape and plastic wrap crap, and now the device that would let you know when to DO something with that shit is under attack?
Permits for this, permits for that, FEES for this FEES for that. Nobody I know ever gave the government the power to do ANY of this garbage. I sure as hell never did.
Can we lock these assholes into their gated communities so we can get back to how things were supposed to be?
