The South Dakota Senate has refused to consider legislation that would allow people to have guns on state university campuses.Because, you know, they own you.

Of course the bill wasn't to deny the right to carry...that's what the CURRENT policy does. Why is it that there are 4 groups of people who need things dumbed down for them to understand? That would be children, the feeble minded, politicians, and reporters.
