I need all the help I can get. The $$$ have gone through the roof. I don't have other dealers to split the cost with any longer. I have run my business as honest as I know how. I follow all ATF laws to the T. I can and will win this case. I know this issue is bigger than my store. It's important to the industry and freedom as we know it to continue the fight. Please continue to pass the word.
We're quick to complain about dealers for "selling out," but when someone takes a stand, we leave them on their own. Does that seem right?
Jay says "The next 3 Months are projected to cost another $400,000.00 in legal fees and costs." No one can bear that alone.
Please go here and do what you can to spread the word and send a bit of financial assistance their way.

I really would help if I could but there is no money for even a Big Mac let alone anything else right now, I been fighting socialist security for a disability for 4 and 1/2 years with no income other then what my youngest son help with.
I hope he is going to post everything he gets in discovery online. Surely they'll be heavily redacted copies of everything, but I'm still itching to look over everything.
Don't hope, ask. He includes his email address on the linked page.
Please keep us informed on what he tells you.
Thanks, Stephen--this gives me an entree to expound on a greater principle, and we all know how I like to hear myself talk:
In a general sense, what I hope this site does is act as a catalyst for people to go out and do something every day. Just reading stuff and agreeing or disagreeing doesn't change or make anything happen.
If someone gets an idea, and what you suggest is a fine one and may not have occurred to Mr. Wallace, who knows if it can turn into something bigger? True, his lawyers may not let him, and the information may or may not be something we can use to our benefit, but we will never know unless we go find out.
For the small investmenmt of an email taking as much time as it does to post a comment here, what is there to lose?
I will do my damnedest to get a $100 check in the mail today!
Thanks for the update. I am to busy to keep up with all the news.
Just donated. Not much, but I hope it helps.
I will repeat what I said on another site about this. Looks like I found my new gun shop, now that I moved to GA. Just have to get the legal docs from the state (drivers license) prior to going on my shopping spree. I have my eye on a bunch of guns that I have been wanting for a long time.
My old lady is going to kill me when I am done and she realizes what I spent. Won't be all in one fell swoop, got to keep my one gun a month New Years resolution.
Ok, I am about 4 months behind but I will make up for it.
