I know that India has deep wounds stemming from the English occupation, but considering how close she is to being invaded by China, India had better look to English history before she gets too stingy with civil rights. And don't forget, Tibet is right on the border.
Were it up to me, I'd be passing out rifles WITHOUT LICENCES and making marksmanship drills a mandatory weekly event.
