Los Angeles Police Department officials announced Tuesday that they investigated more than 300 complaints of racial profiling against officers last year and found that none had merit -- a conclusion that left members of the department's oversight commission incredulous.Because we all know LA is the very model of tolerance and harmony between the police and "the community." I neglected to mention that two days ago was the 16th anniversary of proof of that.
It is at least the sixth consecutive year that all allegations of racial profiling against LAPD officers have been dismissed, according to department documents reviewed by The Times.

More than 300 and not one was even remotely legit? Isn't this like the IRS auditing itself?
I'm guessing the old question ("Quis custodes ipsos custodiet?")has been answered.
How long before LAPD gets their own copies of those snazzy new MA uniforms?
