If I have this right, the police are gunmen themselves and open carrying.
I'm sure the citizen, lawful citizen at that was more worried about his well being than the police were about their well being. So who's the most dangerous in this situation.

It's a good thing the poli err gunmen actually knew the law about open carry. I wonder how that came about.

I wonder how long a time the innocent victim was harassed by the criminals invading his rights under color of law.
A federal offense, by the way.
Then again, he's lucky he didn't pull out a cell phone, or he'd have been killed.
