The story has a serious side, as Watson-Webb told the newspaper, “People all over Britain are sick and tired of feeling like prisoners in their own homes and seeing yobs get away with it.” He further insisted, “I’m not out to kill anyone or even hurt them. I just want to keep yobs off my land.”It's not your land, subject. Don't you get it yet?
It's not your home and it's not your life.
You're a vassal. Do what you're told. Eat it and like it. Defy and be destroyed.
What you want doesn't matter.
The sooner you lot realize you have nothing to lose, the better it will be.

Sad thing is, the situation isn't really different over here. It is just a matter of degree.
I, for one, assert my self-ownership.
Kent,
I don't think it is a matter of degree. In 1933 a law was passed making all land in the United States the property of the government.
That, I believe, is in the video, "America, Freedom to Facism".
And, don't the police refer to individuals as, "the subject"?
Even if I am wrong regarding the law of 1933, I have always referred to the following as defining ownership of property...when they have the ability to tax you however much they want, and the ability to tell you what you can and cannot do on the land, they own it!
You're absolutely correct, anon 12:59.
We don't own a dam'n thing we just pay rent. If someone thinks I'm
wrong, quit paying the taxes (rent) and see how long you keep your property and/or freedom.
If you owe me money and refuse to pay and I show up at your door with a gun demanding my money - That's robbery. When the government sends somebody with a gun to get what it says you owe that's tax collection.
Home searches. Vehicle searches. And now even in semi-rural Yorkshire, they're proposing body searches and metal detector checkpoints.
This is what happens to those who compromise in an attempt to be reasonable with the unreasonable.
Lesson learned? IN TIME?
defender, nope. Lesson not learned. Just ask our pragmatists. Sebastian comes to mind and many others, but he is the loudest surrender monkey.
David,

That is the best synopsis of overreaching government mentality I think I ever read.
Well said Sir!
