Garbage collectors would inspect San Francisco residents' trash to make sure pizza crusts aren't mixed in with chip bags or wine bottles under a proposal by Mayor Gavin Newsom. So where would I throw away an alcohol and saliva-coated fellated microphone cover?
And if residents or businesses don't separate the coffee grounds from the newspapers, they would face fines of up to $1,000 and eventually could have their garbage service stopped.
San Francisco is trying to out-UK the UK. Can the wheelie bin death squads be far behind?
The most toxic garbage that really needs to be disposed of is at City Hall.

And if you don't pay the fine, they'll seize your home.
THIS should accelerate the slide toward the inevitable nicely.
what if you just fill your home with your trash and then move elsewhere? maybe leave a bag of newspaper and coffee grinds out on the curb every week to bait 'em inside.
hell, if you had a sub-prime loan, it'd probably raise the value on your property.
Governments have NO idea of the stress level of the average constituent ALREADY.
Think about this: The people who screamed for recycling LAWS for EVERYONE because THEY already recycled are now feeling the cold steel hand of the State around THEIR soft parts. How do they like it? What are they gonna do about it?
All laws are ultimately enforced by death.
