Let's see.
One's a professional life-long politician with many inside-the-Beltway connections, a "maverick" approach to our constitutional rights, more money than they could spend in three lifetimes...
... and so's the other.
One difference I can see is, McCain wore the uniform of his country and now has trouble remembering what that means, whereas Hillary and Bill didn't want the nasty things in the White House because violence is wrong, unless you need to distract people from a Lewinsky. or enforce the federal gun TAX.
