At least that's what all our great pals in government are telling us, and what incentive could they possibly have to steer us wrong...?

David, don't be so mean to the poor guy. He's been busting his butt for the folks of that poor county receiving very low wages. He had to do something to cover his expenses on such a low income. You want to know who's really at fault here is the cheap taxpayers of that county forcing such a hard working civil servant to have to suffer on such low wages and for refusing to vote for new taxes. Those evil taxpayers.
and don't forget he puts his life on the line everyday to protect and serve the public and all he wants to do is go home at the end of the day. Oh yeah and he had to make a split second decision during the extreme stress of ..of .. uh, Greed, yeah, that's it.
Hopefully home will become but a distant memory for him.
