Organization now, with these and other facists watching, almost nil. Organization after the leftists turn peace into chaos with their overreach, not so much of a problem. Internal security is always difficult, but possible. One of the best methods is to NEVER TAKE ON VOLUNTEERS. Pick who you want only, and only after you do your own background check on them. Constantly upchecking on current members is critical. When a quisling is caught, execution in front of all the others is very enlightening. And don't fall for the old ploy of them killing one of their own to prove their loyalty. The Nazis were past masters of that, especially in Holland, and they swiss cheesed the whole operation. Manipulation of relatives is required, but repugnant. Don't overlook it because it stinks, it still works. An internal network of spies is invaluable. And get spies on them too. And lastly, never ignore the facts, as you have them. Spies often work right in your face. Remember the 9/11 gang of jihadists? If your operation is not achieving its' goals, you probably have rats.
A real kicker is if you don't know their family and know their grass roots that is a warning sign.
Decent folks are going to have a background that is loaded with who they are and where they grew up at and friends going way back.
Be an "Army of One" (to steal a phrase). No "leaders" to kidnap; no group to infiltrate; no plan to thwart.

Think about these gang infiltrators. To be accepted, they have to commit exactly the crimes they're supposedly supposed to be stopping. Gangs welcome part-time help that's not gonna try to take over leadership.
It's good for the crime statistics that they use to justify disarming us.
