Aren't buildings traditionally named after dead people in Western Nations? I thought only communist/fascist nations named things after the living.
"At the behest of its students"
Were that true, I'd expect the name to be SpongeBob SquarePants Elementary School.
Well the US must be a communist/fascist nation then -- George Bush Intercontinental Airport, and US ships Carl Vinson, Hyman G. Rickover, Arleigh Burke, John C. Stennis, Bob Hope, Ronald Reagan, Nitze, Jimmy Carter, and George H. W. Bush. All named prior to the honorees' deaths.
If it wasn't before it will be in 54 days, 20 hours, 32 minutes.
