Well who else besides the Crips will Obama rely on for his Civillian National Security Force?
Of course they want people to turn in THEIR guns, it means more potential unarmed victims. DUH!
Once they convince their "brothers" and 99.99999% of the government to turn themselves in for all their crimes I could talk to them. It'd be a short conversation, but I'd enjoy it.
