Murder by Numbers

If we're truly interested in solutions, we can't forget to look at race--not as a cause of violent crime, but as an indicator of urban populations most directly affected by and responsive to a continuing history of destructive government policies. [More]
Today's Gun Rights Examiner column may not win me many friends.

David, I read the article and can't fault it in any way...

Race IS an issue, in life, in crime, in every aspect of this nation and many others, whether folks want to admit it or not.

Keep on hammering man, you doing what one of my readers said that I do, you SAY what a lot of folks just think, but don't have the stones to say!

Never change!

Thanks, TF. I appreciate the encouragement.

Believe me, I thought twice before hitting "publish" on this one. People can have their names destroyed with accusations of racism. Good thing for me I don't give a damn about such liars and am confident I can withstand and repel whatever they throw at me.

Thing is, it's not me trying to disarm minorities--it's the race hustlers.

I'm sick of that crap and ready to take on anybody. Curious that I get very few challenges from the antis. It could be they think engaging would draw attention to stuff they'd rather not have propagated.

If they change their mind, I'm here. Bring it on.

I will seriously take on anybody, any time, anywhere on the gun issue. In the scheme of things, it's nothing compared to the level I'm willing to take this fight to.

And based on the outstanding level of intelligence and insight I see in daily comments, both here on WoG and with Examiner readers, I know I'm in superior company.

This article really parallels some discoveries I've recently made concerning The Brady Bunch and their use of statistics. It is really shameful the way they not quite lie but, not quite tell you the truth either. I was suddenly shocked into reality when I realized that according to The Brady Bunch's way of thinking, it appears anyone with a gun is a dangerous person and by definition excludes no one. I wonder if the all the police organisations that support "reasonable" Brady gun laws have had that epiphany yet?

Here's a fact that proves we have a government problem in this matter.
With the FBI/DOJ crime stats they only use black and white when reporting race. Every criminal who is not black is lumped into the white group. This clearly doesn't show what races do what amount of crimes. However blacks were the criminals in 54.7 percent of all murders in the US the last time the FBI/DOJ released such stats. Seemingly stats are not provided as they once were. Many blacks felt the states made them look bad so the government being PC stopped reporting such.
It sure is a mess and until people are ready to deal with truth things can never become better. Can't build a house on sand.
