Gun Trial Witness: Feds Out for 'Vengeance'

An expert who testified against the government in a disputed Wisconsin gun case involving what the defense has described as a "broken" gun says federal agents ever since have been retaliating and the government's actions are costing his business hundreds of thousands of dollars.

"I am a witness in a still pending case, and I am being 'leaned on,'" Len Savage, of Historic Arms LLC, told WND. "This is not the first time ATF has taken out vengeance during a court case." [More]
Bob Unruh of WorldNetDaily continues to provide some of the rare coverage on this case that most of the media will not.

I'm grateful they are also one of the few outlets who will acknowledge my efforts at GUNS Magazine and Examiner.com on this and story.

You can directly affect the prospect of future such stories appearing.

How? By following the title link and reading the column. Then by sharing it with your gun owner friends by email, posting the url on forums, etc. The same kind of stuff I ask regulars here to do with my Examiner columns. They prosper through site visits enhancing advertising revenues. If liberty reporting is profitable, more will do it. Also, go ahead and write a letter to the editor (lettersATworldnetdailyDOTcom) and let them know you appreciate their coverage of this and other gun rights-related stories.

Give them hell Len. You and your property have done nothing wrong.

Please start a defense fund to help you fight it out with these fascist bullies.

Once again, why would any innocent man submit to trial?

One thing I have learned about Len over the years by watching him and talking with folks who know him. Is he's a lot smarter than most folks may know. If the government parasites abuse the power entrusted in them and really try and make a case out of this. There's no question that they will have egg on them. Even if the judge is hand selected to have a judge that will abuse his entrusted power. It will be very apparent that the government is running a kangaroo court to cheat an innocent of a fair trial. This will be a bit dangerous for the government because they will have created an mini "Alamo" for many to rally around. Yes, we will see the stew brew on the back burner as the lid shakes and rattles while steam comes out from under the lid.
Ask yourselves this question: What would happen if the government tried to pull off a Ruby Ridge today?

The phase "death spiral" comes to mind.
One of the Kennedy boys was flying at night in cloudy conditions. He lost the horizon, and began to roll and pull up, creating first a wide bank turn and then an inverted downward spiral. Centripetal force gradually replaced gravity. Everything FELT right, as if he were flying straight and level, but every second brought him closer to the hard, hard ocean that was now above his head.
Whether it was a left bank turn or a right doesn't matter. He had to get to Martha's Vineyard TONIGHT, NOW. He thought he could handle flying blind, and it cost him.
Governments are like that.

The media.
Overheard: Long-time journalist and commentator was surprised to learn that convicted felons are prohibited from possessing ammunition. One cartridge is enough to be your "third strike" for a long, long sentence. Even if you were a bad-check writer who paid up people you owed. "You mean there's already a law..?!?"
People with the ear of thousands, who urge "more gun control," have no clue how much there is already and don't care.
They care about ratings and layoffs, though.
Yes, let them hear from you. I do.
