Funny that we can't be allowed to know which officers did this. They didn't waste any time releasing records on the victim though, did they?

I'm afraid I understand exactly why he "flung" his arms out. I don't lay my hands on other people and I don't tolerate it done to me. If officer safety is so important to them, they need to keep their hands to themselves.

Some people won't let shit like this go. Some people won't accept money for it either. Some people insist on ......well you probably know.

There's a disturbing urban trend of juvenile delinquents setting homeless people on fire for fun. "Security" cameras sometimes capture the entire incident.
You know the movie cliche about one brother becoming a cop while the other becomes a mobster. It's a fine line.
Are we to be beaten for SHRUGGING and asking "What did I do, officer?"?
There WAS this guy in Utah who was Tasered until he fell INTO THE ROAD (I thought speed limit enforcement was supposed to be for SAFETY)because he wanted to know what a speeding ticket was really for. Remember him? The state patrol car parked in front of the temporary speed limit sign in a construction zone, hiding it, then ran down "violators." One man wouldn't go along with the extortion scheme. ZZzzzt.
Too bad we can't know which ones...?
Everyone male wearing a Fresno Police uniform should be arrested and questioned. From the chief on down. That's how they handle "gun crime"!
