Funny how the 4th Ammendment doesn't apply anymore. Any evidence found in these ILLEGAL calls should be completely tossed out of any court. They better not have charged him with any weapons violations since the search warrant was authorized in fraud.

I suppose with the Herring opinion from SCOTUS, there's little or no incentive for 911 centers to upgrade their systems.
That makes them complicit for each malicious "swatting" incident.

This is bad from two perspectives:
1) it harasses law-abiding citizens
2) ties up SWAT teams from other calls where they really are needed.
And yes, what would happen if this were the home of a politician, or heaven forbid, an Only One?
The one victim had the goons hit his home three times. This tells you how bright the parasites are.
The government better deal with this in such a way that these idiots understand. In fact these people need to be subject to a raid themselves. And if they move wrong during that raid.........
I just had a thought.
Remember how raids of the wrong house can still result in prosecution if they find anything bad, even if they totally screw up. who's to say THEY aren't using this shit themselves to get around any of the "technical issues" of the law.
This IS a very dangerous thing if in the wrong hands, just like anything else that can possibly be used to harm someone. When you put any of those things in the the hands of government they become even more dangerous.
As for the anon thug supporters, all the government DOES is harass law-abiding citizens. Are SWAT tams "really needed" to terrorize elderly women on bogus tips? Perhaps Ryan Frederick was really in need of a SWAT raid?
As for anyone wringing their hands over this, best think before you push for the .gov to go "fixing" it. Everything's essentially running through the snoopin' through your poop servers now and you want them to "fix" this how?
How about they DON'T just send Al-polica out to every single call to shoot dogs and anything else they feel like.
