Two FBI workers are accused of using surveillance equipment to spy on teenage girls as they undressed and tried on prom gowns at a charity event at a West Virginia mall. The FBI employees have been charged with conspiracy and committing criminal invasion of privacy...Teenage girls? Any of them legally minors? If so, is there any reason--aside from "Only One" status--that they're not being charged as felonious sexual predators, so that we can forever disarm them and track where they live online?
Gary Sutton Jr., 40, of New Milton and Charles Hommema of Buckhannon have been charged with the misdemeanors and face fines and up to a year in jail on each charge if convicted. [More]

"Workers?". WTF.
be careful what you wish for.
it's "agents" now but sooner or later it'll be "soldiers." or "operators."
Hey, wait a minute: how come all their elite training and background checks by the MIB didn't reveal that these guys were child pornographers?
LOL! Dream on David.
Look the top guys that got fired because of Waco said they were going to go to the media. They got their jobs back with past pay.
All any criminal needs to do it say they will blow the cover off the criminal conduct of the rest. These guys know too much and get a pass to shut them up.
They aren't peeping toms.
They are child pornographers.
If we are going to convict 16 year old girls of child pornography for sending pictures of their boobs to their 16 year old boyfriends, then these guys belong under the jail.
And, they were apparently using government owned electronic equipment to commit their crimes.
I wonder if the teenagers were being videotaped without their knowledge and permission. In that event, even if they qualify as adults, we're looking at felony offenses - one offense for each of the young ladies. 10 girls 10 separate felonies.
Reminds me of something I heard once, "God gave man genitalia and a brain, He just didn't give us enough blood supply to operate both at the same time."
