Being from NC, I find the "Charlotte-Mecklenburg" conflation odd.
Charlotte is a city; Mecklenburg is the county.
Note: Mecklenburg County basically will not issue a concealed carry permit. It's May Issue.
Or perhaps "Shall Not" issue.

Snake is right, it was Jefferson. Charlotte/Mecklenberg, I think have a combined policing unit.
