McCain: U.S. gun limits won't stop drug cartelsRight. And we all know how credible McCain is on border issues--not to mention on free political speech.
Tells NRA violence in Mexico shouldn't be excuse to restrict gun rights here...[More]
I also like his co-headliner, Michael "What do you need an assault weapon for?" Steele being given a place of honor at the gathering.
There I go being divisive again.
UPDATE:
I see they also had Mitt "Ban assault weapons" Romney and Dick "Suck whore toes" Morris.
Threeper principle freaks need not apply...the Big Tent just isn't that big.

Well, he does have his good side.
I've heard it said that Gun Rights Examiners, all of them, were not held in high regard among some NRA 2A (two assholes) bloggers and weren't allowed to register for the Second Amendment Blogger Bash because it was felt they couldn't be trusted to behave in public.
Of course the people who said it are known liars and cowards on both the moral and physical planes. But that might explain the place of honor for supporters of gun control at the NRA convention.
Gun Control evidently being the goal of the Second Amendment Blogger Bash, I can see why they would want an echo chamber rather than a conference.
There was really no need for this comment as all honest men already know everything I just said. I just wanted to take a swipe at swine who masquerade as people.
I do apologize to those who read the above comment by me. But in the interest of public decorum I thought it best to tone down what I really think.
Sailors might read here.
McCain uses the 2A for poliical gain as well. He made a commercial for an "assault weapons" ban that played in certain theaters.
We have two friends in Congress. They are Republicans In Name Only, but because they care MORE about liberty than the other Pubbies, not less. They are libertarians without realizing it, or they realize it but accepting the Scarlet Letter "R" is the only way to be in the Club.
The NRA is a false-flag psy-op. They claim to be the brake on the handcart to Hell, but the handle ain't connected to nothin', people.
How many of those examiners bothered to even go to convention, or applied for Media passes from the NRA? Im not attacking, im seriously curious whether they were actively excluded, or just didn't feel like they should even bother getting involved, if they weren't invited to the "insider's club"
Id like to hear the experiences of anyone who was refused from the non-nra affiliate unofficial so called 2A-Bloggers-Bash, but bothered to show up to the convention anyways.
I was there, it was a hoot.
Why put the onus on Examiners? They weren't the ones who made this an issue. Most of them didn't even say a word about this.
