Treaty! This is foundational in making it so reloading and other such equipment can be outlawed through the treaty process. This is nothing more than hoping to make some case law to move forward with. Beware!
This document describes knives WITHOUT springs as well, including ones with a thumb stud on one or both sides of the blade "allowing the knife to be PULLED open" with one hand.
Pretty much any tactical knife. I'm sure LEOs and paramedics will be exempt, since they use such tools in RESCUE operations.
