I guess that's how these guys cover their hind ends.
You'd better believe if the "Only Ones" could have gotten him for obstruction or resisting, they would have. And they'd have gotten away with it, too, if it hadn't been for those darn cameras...

Of course charges won't be filed against the trooper. He is an "only-one". An "only-one" with the power to stop an ambulance carrying your loved one because he felt disrespected by wrongly believing he was flipped off by the ambulance driver. This then gives him the "authority" to arrest the EMT giving direct medical care to your loved one. Choking him or pulling his gun and killing him to affect the arrest if necessary, (something the trooper also said he considered doing). -- Read the EMT's report of what happened.
Get over it. We are serfs. They are "only-ones". You, your mother, your loved ones. NONE of us matter to a bruised ego of these Napoleons in government issued costumes.
