Two men brandishing weapons, fake badges and handcuffs claim to be cops as they kick down a door and enter a family's home. [More]Which means if I ever survive a home invasion I'll want to make sure my lawyer knows how many documented fake cop incidents have been reported so he can make sure the jury understands my motives for resisting.
How are we to know they're real "Only Ones"?

You mean there's a difference...?
David, that argument/information, just like the very clear wording of the 2nd Amendment, will not be allowed in a "court of law". It would not serve the interests of the state.
This is why real cops should knock on the door and serve warrants before busting down the door. How do we tell the real ones from the fake ones when the door is still falling?
I still say any cop killed during dynamic entry should be paid for and considered just a cost of doing business.
I recall what my dear deceased old Uncle Walter said a Texas Ranger had once advised him when placed in a heat-of-the-moment decision to shoot or not shoot.
"Shoot, shovel and shut up."
Yeah, I know this may be a bit more complicated but threepers might want to look into having a fairly deep well dug on their property. Never know when you might need one.
