A loaded gun, a bullet proof vest, and the backing of the state is even more dangerous. As incident after incident proves.
There is no such thing as a "bullet proof vest."
Or you could pay a sweat shop seamstress to sew you a patch onto your own vest for, say $20.... or order from some tacti-cool catalogue. Must be a slow news day.
