I think we should ban public bus stops. Young people, unsupervised, loitering at bus stops...crazy things will start to happen.

I stopped reading at that point, since the writer was going into hypotheticals.
If you send children to government indoctrination centers, bad things are GOING to happen. Especially when they are helpless, physically and every other way.
Yes, the shooters are criminals, but so are all of those who create endless streams of helpless victims.
These kids don't even know the most basic tactic of dropping low and finding cover. They run instead.
