Thanks a bunch, David, for sending me to read something at HuffPo. What the gentle readers over there don't realize is that Odumba is going to go with his anti-gun agenda with a vengence, when he picks the time. He hasn't wavered one bit from his goal, total disarmement of the civilian population. He's just playing possum right now. Stalin used to do the same trick. Pretend to be uninterested in a deeply held belief, then suddenly unleash pre-arranged force in a suprise, overwhelming attack, noted for it's ferocity. Anybody remember Stalingrad, and how the Germans got sucked in? Tea party protests look quaint, even now. When it hits the fan this time, it ain't gonna be no picnic.
Some of the comments over there are unreal:
"Make owning a gun RED TAPE...
when the fire fighters are out doing the required smoke alarm checks...a police officer can accompany them and do an illegal arms search...
these things are accepted by everyone EXCEPT crooks and gun runners...
and they help us remember to keep our houses tidy for the unexpeceted drop ins.
We need a tiny bit of pressure of OUR OWN for those sorts of things."
"I NEED SOMEONE TO TAKE CARE OF ME! I CAN'T HANDLE PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY! PLEASE MAKE ME YOUR SLAVE!"
"do an illegal arms search" = "i think i'd like to see cops and firemen die in the line of duty because they violated a human right."
