Anti-Gun Michael Bloomberg Goes Undercover

"At 2 p.m. today, you can watch our hidden camera videos and learn more about our investigation..." [More]
After this morning's magnificent screw-up, I decided to go back in and post a Gun Rights Examiner column on something that's going to be getting underway in just about three minutes from now...

Check out my second update: Did Bloomberg's team provide evidence that they have broken Nevada law?

And my third: Aren't "straw purchases" illegal...? Even when committed by Team Bloomberg?

What we're really finding out is "just how easy it is for criminals and the mentally ill" to push for more gun control laws while breaking existing laws - no questions asked by the MSM.

The fools selling from those tables should be prosecuted, and so should bloomberg's guy for failing to report a crime. Providing of course that the whole thing wasn't a setup with bloomie's men both in front of and behind the cam.

Where in the Constitution does it state that a mayor of a city in a different state can conduct intrastate firearms investigations?

Not that Bloomberg cares about the Constitution, or that I think the Constitution is anything other than evidence that the government is no longer legitimate (if it ever was), but....
Where in the Constitution does it say that the government has the authority to deny anyone a gun for any reason? Where does the Constitution authorize government to interfere with who buys what? Since when does the Constitution trump basic human rights?
