The December 2009 issue of Guns Magazine is out, and it includes my column "Will Feds Kill 'Firearms Freedom Act'?" [More]
Today's Gun Rights Examiner column is a shameless plug for my latest "Rights Watch" column.

Also learn the status of Ohio's "restaurant carry" bill, meet an Oregon "Only One" and get the latest from my fellow GREs.

As for the U.S. Constitution, it was taught to me that the Constitution means what the Supreme Court says it means but lately I've taken the bend that sometimes the Constitution means what "WE" say it means. The document is not that difficult to understand. It is only by having allowed a bunch of intellectuals to dissect it down to its smallest parts for interpretation do we now have the complexities of "constitutional law" that plague us. I still can't understand why we have the incorporation process when a plain reading of the 14th Amendment makes it so unnecessary. Same for the 9th and 10th.
