Does this mean that LEOs who shoot people can be prosecuted for inhumane treatment for using toxic waste?
all it really means is that the ammo in vermont -- which is getting there whether environmentalists like it or not -- is no longer taxed.

These are not environmentalists. they are the same people who have tried repeatedly to bring gun control to Vermont. Since they have been slapped down with great vigor each time they tried, they are now disguising their agenda with the "environmental concern" cover. Can't get gun control, kill ammunition supplies for them.
Turning guns into unwieldy clubs is gun control. That is their aim.

These people are not "environmentalists" at all. Since the early 1980s, gun control groups have tried to turn their focus onto ammunition. They even said that because they can't take away all of our guns, they would make it as hard as possible for us to obatin ammo to keep the guns operating.
They understand the concept behind that. No ammo means no practice, and no practice means no way of putting up an effective resistance when the stormtroopers DO come for the guns in the future.
Is "certain toxic chemical" a euphemism for...THE GREAT SILVER PERIL?
