What is amazing that in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area of Florida, Castor (F) has a district that is adjacent to Biliarikis (A-). Why the big difference? Because in this Republic, our representatives do not truly represent us - they hold a position and we either vote for them or the bigger idiot that runs against them. The bizarre but quaint notion that the candidates for office determine what their constituents want and then act as advocates for their constituents is alien to many "representatives".
