So I guess the Fudd feels the congregation should hold a meeting in the middle of a firefight to discuss who's gonna put a lead pill in the offensive individual.

This guy wants to feel safe. He needs to go home, get into bed, pull the covers up, and stay there.

Those of us who want to enjoy life while understanding the perils associated with life don't need this guy standing in the way.

Ben Franklin called it right. This Syfers character personifies it. Security v Freedom.

Why would a room full of trained people suddenly forget all that important, constantly reiterated training and just start shooting, seeing others in the line of fire? Ans: Only if it were a room full of Syfers. Or if the room were full of a bunch of people as stupid as Syfer. I carry a gun because I know when to use it, and how to use it. And I know I am responsible for whatever happens if I decide to use it. I've pulled it twice, and never had to do more than that. Ah, it's great being a responsible, Confident, adult.
