maybe i should make a UK version of the JTF terrorism pamphlet.

some time ago - within the last year or so, there was an article about police in the US training - in public - kidnapping scenarios...

at the time, we tried to warn the PDs involved that someone was going to get shot by someone CCing...

think it through, morons.
