A Sad Observation

A veteran Sunbury police officer allegedly shot and killed his wife early Saturday morning outside their Catawissa Avenue home before shooting himself in the head. [More]
As long as enemies of freedom exploit it to deprive us of our rights, it needs to be said, even if the circumstances illustrating the point are horrible: The badge doesn't make them any safer or more trustworthy than We the People.

David, I could not find which state where this happened. This omission is common with news items. I wonder why ?

Anon, it happened in Pennsylvania - I got that from googling the city name and street.

Shot himself multiple times in the head?

Lucky for him he's a professional, someone might have been killed!

A lesser man might have ended his life with the first shot.

Always check the newspaper--in this case it's the Pottsville Republican--and their contact/address info. Also in this case, the story included a Google Map.
