The BATFE does an outstanding job of making themselves look like lying asses in the media or in court.
They should probably stick to what they know best; fighting organized violent criminal gangs.
World Net Daily also has an article on it. They also tied in the ATF attitude that "If we say it's a machine gun, it's a machine gun no matter what." to the Olofsen case.

Yeah, I know. I linked to it in today's GRE column. Who do you think they got that line from? They put in a dead link to one of my GUNS Magazine columns and quoted me extensively in the last three paragraphs, but I guess it would have killed them to attribute it to me by name.
