As I have been forced for 4 years to live in Chicago by the Navy, I can 100% tell you that there is NO such thing as an Illinois Republican politician. RINOs; every one of them.

That being said, Illinois has some of the most informed, capable gun owners I've ever met. And they're all real republicans or libertarians (and are pissed off that they get no representation because of the hippie idiots in Chicago).

Furthermore, THAT being said, I can't wait to get the f*** out of here!

A good part of the reason for that, BC, is because some continually accept the "lesser of two evils" and do not punish betrayers. Even now we're finding some who are saying Kirk's opponent is just as bad on guns, and he at least will give us something on other issues.

As long as there's no "or else," they'll never have incentive to change. Why should they?
