[S]omehow, I don't think either is going to address the federal mandate of "shall not be infringed," let alone satisfactorily explain what the Founders had in mind when they wrote: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." I'm afraid the Brady Brats may win this one. From what I've seen, federal judges won't allow one to use the Constitution in their courts. Gets in the way of the verdict yo want, you know.
