I think we should enforce existing gun laws.
In the order that those laws were adopted.
I.E. Second amendment (Shall Not Be Infringed) to the constitution of 1784 first and any others later provided that they in no way interfere with the previous.
Since regulation is infringement, I guess that no other laws would be acceptable.
Another restraining-order violator murdered another restraining-order-"protected" threat victim here, after A YEAR of promising harm. Business as usual.
She was, of course, trying to be reasonable and sensitive and hear him out so he would just leave, OK? He shot her multiple times. He owned and operated a gas station a couple of blocks away from the hotel where she worked.
If her supervisor had thought there would have been any trouble, she never would have let her go out there...
"If I'm not back inside in five minutes, come look for me."
It took less than one for her to die.
How many more before the threatened stand up? Mutual assured destruction should be the least that the aggressor can expect.
