Good thing the victim was an "Only One." With a gun. [Read]
If he'd have been an ordinary disarmed DC resident, there's no telling what could have happened to him.
Although why these guys can't just use pepper spray if it's so all-fired effective is beyond me.

As a concealed carry license holder in the state of Orygun, I find myself rather amused, (no, scratch that word-use 'perplexed' instead), that any SANE person would want to live in an area that forbade lawful gun ownership. Those fools are crazy.
I also find it striking that the officer (who is SUPPOSED to be proficient with his firearm) couldn't hit the perp who was robbing him. That right there should give the sheeple who he is supposed to 'protect' great confidence in his ability to do that which he is sworn (and paid!) to do.
In all of my adult life I've never quite figured out exactly 'what' the "District of Columbia" is, other than some weird place out of the movie 'The Twilight Zone'. I reference that because everything is so darn strange there. Surreal even.
Funny thing about the reference to pepper spray, that's even illegal in some areas as well. People are going to have to resort to carrying a picture of Hillary Clinton around with them and 'flash-it' towards their attackers to scare them off I guess, 'cause that's about the scariest thing that I've seen in a long time. ;>)
Ya'll have a great day!

I'd use a picture of Janet Reno instead. We know that she can at least call in the ATF to burn your house down with you in it. We fave no proof that billary was an any way tied to all those 'suicides and plane crashes'

And of course the "only ones" never kill their family members or neighbors. The only ones, at least according to some statistics I've seen quoted, have a higher rate of criminal behavior than concealed carry folks. And just last week in Hazelwood MO a CCW holder shot and killed the fellow who was robbing him. http://www.stltoday.com/stltoday/news/stories.nsf/stlouiscitycounty/story/A638C331F2271C2F8625771A003F553A?OpenDocument
