I doubt very seriously that the Governor will allow one of the hoi polloi to carry in his exalted presence.
He appeared several years ago at the Ohioans for Concealed Carry picnic. No special rules, no request to disarm, and quite a few attendees were open carrying.
I think that was the same year we had the state representative from Cleveland who had voted against concealed carry, but changed his mind and got a carry license when he was mugged.
