The media company I used to work for for 30 years moved its customer service department to Manila. If you don't get your newspaper, some guy who MIGHT be able to find your city on a world map will answer the phone.
Were the cops afraid, like the ones at Virginia Tech and Columbine?
Or maybe they just have trouble pulling the trigger on another uniform, no matter what he's doing. That's bad.
